The Problem

Prior to site|folio™, the design and construction team was spending
roughly 50% of their time on non-productive tasks such as sending duplicate faxes
to multiple parties and browsing through binders of documents that all
cross-referenced each other -- with no guarantee that those documents were either
up-to-date or accurate.

We teamed with Fred Meyer design and construction to create a solution to a process
that was cumbersome, time-consuming, and ultimately costly. This solution, a
site|folio web-based portfolio management solution, streamlines document
distribution and communication of scheduling and construction changes.

The Solution

Fred Meyer design and construction now tracks all building & project data in
site|folio. Multiple architects, contractors, vendors, and Fred Meyer
departments access site|folio to view and edit information associated
with their interrelated tasks according to their access privileges, and Fred Meyer's
own processes and program requirements. All parties have one-click access to standardized
reports outlining the status of projects, either at the account/portfolio level, the
project manager level, or the project level.

Users manage all RFI's, ASI's, PR's, and CCD's electronically -- from creation to
distribution to notification.

site|folio allows Fred Meyer to distribute and monitor responses to change
requests that affect the building program in its entirety, for all of their active and
future projects.
