Jason Nejezchleb, President
Jason holds a Masters in Architecture and practiced architecture for several years before segueing into internet usability, web-based applications and finally site|folio. He combines strong knowledge of the industry with a unique ability to translate customer needs into practical software solutions. He believes that enterprise software should be easy to adopt without disruption to the organization, provide point solutions for specific industry processes, be quick and adaptable for different departmental needs, but also should work seamlessly end to end across the enterprise. His ability to listen and develop solutions from this customer-driven perspective, along with more than 15 years in applications development, has helped make site|folio the seamless, fast, intuitive, and effective suite of products that it is today.
Brent Rutherford, VP of Technology
Brent comes from eProject with a strong knowledge of highly configurable enterprise architecture. He is chief architect as well as database administrator. His sophisticated use of n-tier architecture and other development tools has resulted in two of site|folio’s key differentiators; 1) easy configuration to client’s workflows and business processes and 2) easy, intuitive customization of the individual user experience based on roles and preferences.
Steve Setzer, Sales & Marketing
Steve has more than 20 years of experience in the construction sector and technology sales, with an emphasis on business process improvement. He worked as Director of Marketing at Constructware, one of the first web-based applications for the industry, which grew revenues from $1 million in 2001 to $18 million in 2005, when it was sold to Autodesk. He brings a unique ability to grasp the operating environment and pain points of prospective clients, and then work consultatively with them - beyond ‘sales talk’ and ‘technology talk’ - to suggest how site|folio can help in practical business terms.
Cristy Rousey Clement, Director of Account Management
Cristy is a natural communicator with significant experience in the industry, as a project manager and technology specialist. She has a degree in construction management and worked in project management before focusing on software implementation as a way to improve the real estate development process. Since joining site|folio, she has worked with a wide range of owners, contractors and design firms to train users and configure the application for optimal use, including two of the top 5 retailers in the USA. Cristy has a proven ability to build strong lasting customer relationships.
