What differentiates site|folio™ from its competitors?

site|folio’s initial development and subsequent evolution were a direct response to the stringent project and program management needs of MulvannyG2 Architecture's clients — including Costco and Fred Meyer. For seven years, as a division within MG2 (currently ranked the ninth largest architecture firm in the country), we have had immediate and constant access to our customers.
This history affords us a unique position: We implicitly understand and appreciate that no two organizations manage their business the same. We have developed an application that addresses this reality, and does so in an elegant and easy-to-understand way. Thus far, we have proven ourselves adept at managing some of the most ambitious rollout programs in the world. We're confident we can do the same for you.

What is an "ASP" and how does it help me that site|folio is one?

"ASP" is an acronym for "Application Service Provider." Essentially, this means the software vendor (site|folio in this case) assumes the burden of hosting, operating, customizing and maintaining the application. This allows you to focus on your core business, while maintaining speed and reliability.
Our ASP model also allows for relatively simple and painless adoption. Because site|folio is almost exclusively Internet browser-based, there is little impact on existing security, network access or deployment policies. In fact, if your employees have the most common viewer applications on their workstations already (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, AutoDesk DWF Viewer for AutoCAD, and Bentley View for Microstation), adopting site|folio may require no changes whatsoever to your corporate security infrastructure.

What do you mean by "program" or "portfolio management"?

Organizations that own or manage the construction of multiple retail sites often have a building program – a standard system or methodology for the evaluation, construction and management of a portfolio of building sites. A good program handles both “macro” issues – those affecting some or all of the buildings – and “micro” issues, those affecting an individual site.
The intent of a building program is to meet development expectations quickly and predictably, and to evolve with operational or market changes – while keeping costs inline. In contrast, decentralized rollouts of multiple locations in a tight timeframe often result in out-of-control development costs, store openings and remodeling schedules.
By following a building program – and using a complimentary program or portfolio management application like site|folio – an organization can open stores and complete remodels smoothly and more quickly, generating product sales sooner.

What industries do you serve?

site|folio is intended for owners or organizations working with owners – such as architects, contractors, and consultants – who manage a large portfolio of sites, buildings and projects. Currently, we consider ourselves expert in two distinct vertical markets: retail and hospitality.

I'm not sure I need 'all' of site|folio right now. What can you do for me?

You may opt to purchase only that site|folio functionality which meets your current requirements. In fact, we have been known to recommend a client begin with limited functionality, phasing in additional modules over time. Implementing select functionality can still provide ample return on investment, and sets the groundwork for creating further efficiencies. For organizations that are unused to any form of electronic system, this approach can be particularly useful.

We have very precise processes already in place; how is site|folio this going to work for my organization?

We designed site|folio to be highly configurable and customizable to address the needs of organizations like your own. We believe site|folio's adaptability is one of its greatest strengths. That being said, no software application will work for everybody. Thus, site|folio offers a complimentary suitability study to all potential clients, whereby we determine if the product can meet your requirements.

What happens when our processes change?

Most processes evolve over time and, invariably, most policies are modified. As the need arises, our team will work with you to update site|folio to reflect new organizational groups, workflows, etc.

If we decide to go with site|folio, how long, and at what cost, does it take to get my organization online?

When the suitability study is completed and you have made the decision to move forward with site|folio, it typically takes three to six weeks for an organization to be fully operational. This time is used for configuration and training.
For a standard site|folio deployment, we charge one half of our $10,000 set up fee – $5,000. If you are happy with site|folio after 30 days, you pay the remaining $5,000 and commence paying for your seat licenses. If your deployment is non-standard, i.e. for more than one enterprise or requiring custom development, this fee structure does not apply.
